This is not a conventional parental-control suite first. The official XNSPY compatibility page lists Android 4 through 16 and iOS support up to 17.0.3. It describes both an iCloud-based no-jailbreak route and a jailbreak route limited to iOS 9.0.2. However, XNSPY's current terms separately say the iPhone must be jailbroken before the software can be installed.

The official XNSPY pricing page publishes these billing options. It also displays a broad feature list with several version and rooting qualifications. Verify that the required feature is included in the selected plan because the way Basic and Premium features are presented on the page is not always clear.
One subscription covers one monitored phone or tablet. XNSPY's official knowledge base says families monitoring several devices must purchase separate subscriptions, although those subscriptions can be viewed through one dashboard. The 10-Day Refund Window Is Highly Conditional
XNSPY's refund policy allows a request within 10 days, but it does not promise a full refund simply because a customer changes their mind. The policy lists many partial outcomes, including 50% for general dissatisfaction, 30% when access to the phone is lost for some reasons, and 30% after forgetting to cancel a renewal.

In February 2026, TechCrunch reported a separate scraped payment dataset containing about 536,000 records across several monitoring services. It said the dataset included XNSPY transaction records, customer email addresses, payment-card type and the last four digits of cards. This later incident concerned customer transactions rather than the same phone-data cache, but it adds to the provider-trust concern.
XNSPY's current privacy policy describes general storage and processing safeguards and says users may request deletion of personal information. However, its terms say backed-up data is stored for the lifetime of the service, except photos and videos, which are automatically deleted after 120 days. The policy does not provide the level of detail about monitored-device data, retention controls and independent assurance that we would want from a service handling this type of information.
