Counter-Notification

If you believe that content you submitted was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification.

A valid counter-notification must include:

  1. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it previously appeared
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification
  3. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
  4. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court
  5. Your physical or electronic signature

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, Impulsec may restore the content unless the original complainant files a court action within the time period required by law.

Repeat Infringement Policy

Impulsec may, in appropriate circumstances, disable or remove access to content submitted by users or contributors who are found to be repeat infringers.
