The 14-Day Refund Window Is Conditional

Eyezy's refund policy says the first subscription may be eligible for a refund within 14 days, subject to its conditions. Eyezy Privacy and Security

The current Eyezy privacy policy says Fortunex Limited provides the service. It describes RSA-4096 and AES-256 encryption, HTTPS transmission, password hashing and a private encryption key. It also says target-device logs are generally retained in encrypted form for three months, records older than that are automatically deleted, and data from an expired account is deleted within one month.

These are vendor disclosures, not evidence of a current independent security audit. The policy also makes the account holder responsible for having lawful authority to collect and process target-device data. That information can include communications involving third parties who never agreed to have their messages copied into a monitoring dashboard.
